Let’s play some Bingo!! Kick off the Community Picnic on Friday, August 8th at our Family Night with hours of Bingo fun at Sugar River Park! Games begin at 5:30 pm and will run until 8:30 pm. Regular games and special games including the following:
REGULAR GAMES
$0.25 buy-in (maximum 12 cards).
Regular Bingo OR filling in the four corners of your bingo board will win any regular game.

Kickball

Adult Kickball
Games will be played on Friday night (8/7/2026) and Saturday (8/8/2026) at Sugar River Park. Teams should be made up of 12 players or less and have a minimum of 5 female players. To register your ADULT team (15 years +) send an email to Jason at [email protected] with your name AND team name. Sign-up deadline is 8/2/2026. Registration fee is $100 per team and can be paid via cash or check at your first game. Money and trophies go to the top two teams!

Kid's Kickball
Games start at 9:00 am on Saturday 8/8/2026. There is a Captain's Meeting/Check-in at 8:30 am between the two fields at Sugar River Park. Please try to limit teams to 10-12 kids with approximately 50% of the team being boys and 50% of the team being girls. Kids up to 14 years old (or entering 8th grade this fall) can play. Registration is $20.00 per team or $2.00 for an individual and the sign-up deadline is 8/2/2026. If you don't have a team but would still like to participate, email Jason and he will create a team or add you to an existing team - but be sure to sign up before the deadline. To register please send an email to Jason at [email protected]. Please include your child's name AND their team name if they have a full team. Medals and Lunch Stand Coupons go to the top two teams! |
Bags Tournaments
We see you! You've been conditioning your throwing arm at backyard barbeques all summer long, playing in leagues at the local taverns, and preparing for your moment to sink some bags at the BCP 2026 Bags Tournaments! Well, wait no more. This year there are four different Bags Tournaments for BCP goers:
Open Tournament:
Friday, August 7th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
This tournament is open to any participants. $20 entry fee per team and there is a 32 team limit. Single elimination tournament based on best of 3 games in a race to score 21 points per game. Trophies and cash prizes. Games will be played next to the Beer Tent and Bingo action at Sugar River Park. Sign up will be on a first come, first served basis starting at 5:30 p.m. the day of the tournament.
Women's Tournament:
Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.
Girls rule, boys drool! $20 entry fee per team. Single elimination tournament based on best of 3 games in a race to score 21 points per game. Trophies and cash prizes. Games will be played next to the Beer Tent at Sugar River Park. Sign up will be on a first come, first served basis starting at 11:00 a.m. the day of the tournament.
Teen Bags Tournament:
Saturday, August 8th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
For participants entering into 7th-12th grade this coming school year. Sign up will be on a first come, first served basis starting at 2:30 p.m. the day of the tournament. $10 entry fee per team. Single elimination tournament based on best of 3 games in a race to score 21 points per game. Trophies and cash prizes. Games will be played next to the Beer Tent at Sugar River Park.
Coed Tournament:
Sunday, August 9th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
1 male and 1 female participant per team. $20 entry fee per team. This is a 32 team bracket in a single elimination tournament based on best of 3 games in a race to score 21 points per game. Trophies and cash prizes. Games will be played next to the Beer Tent at Sugar River Park. Sign up will be on a first come, first served basis starting at 12:30 p.m. the day of the tournament.
Fireworks

A fireworks show Friday night of the Community Picnic is the perfect way to spend a gorgeous summer evening with the family. Get some snacks from the lunch stand, grab a blanket, and claim your spot in Sugar River Park to gaze at the sky after the last Bingo game wraps up after 8:30 pm.

46th Annual Belleville Fun Run
Saturday, August 8th, 2026
Lace up your racing shoes and join in the Fun Run at the Belleville Community Picnic. This 5K run/walk takes you through the streets of Belleville, around Lake Belle View and back. Intended for all ages and abilities, kick off Saturday of the BCP with your friends and family at the Belleville Fun Run.

Coed Volleyball Tournament
Saturday, August 8th, 2026
Get your team ready for a volleyball tournament that is always a good time! Play at the Recreation Level or sign up for something a bit more competitive at the Intermediate Level! Games will be 6 v. 6 and teams need to be co-ed (maximum of 3 males). Teams of 5 players will be allowed. The games will be played at Sugar River Park in Belleville with Pool Play in the morning and Bracket Play in the afternoon.

A free event for the little, but mighy, kids at BCP!
Bring your kids down to Sugar River Park on Sunday morning, August 9th, 2026 for the Tractor Pull! Kids pedal a small tractor pulling weights behind them and try to go the farthest distance in their age bracket. Registration starts at 10:00 a.m. and be there on time so you don't miss your age bracket. The youngest pullers go first and then move up in age in the following ages/heats: ~3-4 years old ~5-6 years old ~7-8 years old ~9-10 years old 1st and 2nd Place Winners get a trophy!! Each participant will get a ring-pop and a t-shirt thanks to generous donations by Whitney's Academy of Dance and Belleville Embroidery. |

Delivery options are available this year for our elderly or shut-in population. Call and place your request for delivery in the 53508 zip code to JonnyO's Pizzeria at 608-424-0077 before 8:00pm on 8/8/2026 (please do not call between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:30pm). Please provide them with the following information:

- Address where dinners should be delivered
- Number of dinners you need delivered
- Milk quantities and type (White or Chocolate)

Youth Football Combine

Bring the kids to Sugar River Park on Sunday of the Community Picnic to participate in the 2026 Belleville Youth Football Combine consisting of Punt, Pass, Pass Accuracy, and Kicking skills. The FREE competition is open to all children entering Kindergarten through 8th grade this fall. This is an opportunity to show that you are the best passer, punter and kicker, as well as to show how accurate you are passing to a receiver who will be at 5, 10 and 15 yards. Grab a friend and invite him or her to the event and see how well you do against the other competitors. 1st Place and 2nd Place winners in each age group will receive a prize! Drinks and snacks will be available to all participants. |
Spikeball Tournament

3:00 pm at Sugar River Park Show your skills in a fast-paced, 360-degree sport that combines elements of volleyball and four square in our new Spikeball Tournament. Played in a 2 vs. 2 format, the game centers around a hula-hoop-sized, trampoline-like net placed at ankle level on the ground. The objective is to smash a palm-sized rubber ball onto the net so that the opposing team cannot successfully return it. Sign up will be on a first come, first served basis starting at 2:30 p.m. the day of the tournament. $10 entry fee per team. Tournament format will be determined based on the number of sign-ups the day of. Trophies and cash prizes. Games will be played near the shelter at Sugar River Park. |

Kid's Inflatables
So much fun to be at at the Belleville Community Picnic this year, especially for the kiddos. Come on down to Sugar River Park and let the little ones burn some energy and have a great time on our inflatables. There are going to be bounce houses for the littles and larger obstacle style inflatables for the bigger kids! Belleville Bike Race

The Belleville Bike Race is back for 2024! This fun race is open to all skill levels including road, hybrid, and mountain biking and limited to 75 riders.

Registration and Bib # Pick-up: 7:00 a.m - 9:15 a.m. at Sugar River Park
Entry Fee: $30 (includes a t-shirt, refreshments, and a donation to the Belleville Community Club)

Ride Time: 9:30 a.m. with mass start (Rain or Shine)
The Course: Flat with gently rolling hills in the countryside north of Belleville along an 11 mile or 21 mile course
*Participants MUST wear helmets; no exceptions. Use of Aero Bars is NOT allowed; they are not safe in pack riding.
